Narrative: A member of West Reading Radiology associates since 1982, Dr. Winn serves as the Medical Director of the Nuclear Medicine Department and is the Chairman of the Hospital’s Radiation Safety Committee. WRRA offers a full range of nuclear medicine services and has one of the busiest Nuclear Medicine departments in Pennsylvania performing approximately 1100 studies per month. Dr. Winn is active in many of the nuclear medicine organizations in Pennsylvania and nationally and also chairs several committees. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Radiological Society.
